Job Path is seeking a part-time Job Coach to assist a participant living in Brooklyn to further develop and grow her business as a motivational speaker.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following tasks:

  • Assisting the individual with marketing of their business via email and social media
  • Meeting on a weekly basis (2-5 hours per week) at her home in Brooklyn to work on desired business goals
  • Assisting the individual during presentations with technology and some communication
  • Traveling to and from presentations as needed
  • Arranging Access-A-Ride appointments when necessary

Qualifications:

The candidate should be a self-starter with a desire to help this individual grow her business.  The candidate should also possess the ability to be patient and empathetic while helping to determine the goals and pathway of this newly created business.

Salary: $11.58 per hour, $12 per hour after six months of service and positive evaluation
